General Expectations
- Have a working microphone and be comfortable in voice calls
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with the team
- Any experience on Minecraft servers, communities, or organized creative teams
- A real interest in what Blueprint is building
- Passion. We believe anyone can be on the team, regardless of experience, if they really care about what they do
Public & Community Positions
Become a community artist if you make creative drawings, pieces, music, film, or more!
- 2+ high effort BluePrint-affiliated or member-affiliated artwork
- 1+ animation, minimum 10 seconds long
- 2+ moderate effort videos or 1 high effort video, minimum 30 seconds
- 2+ different music pieces or 1 long piece, each minimum 30 seconds
- 1 story (4 chapters) or 2 stories (2 chapters each), proper grammar
- 3+ poems with 10 lines each, using at least one poetic device
Staff Positions
Develop plugins, scripts, and systems while providing technical support across the network.
- Must have a valid Minecraft Java Edition account
- Experience with Minecraft mods, plugins, or development (any level)
- Past server-side or support experience
- Team communication & cooperation
- Understanding of multiple technical fields
- Know any current production or staff members
- Be open to new experiences
